Many years of practice and deep profound teachings graciously opens my ability to offer my services to you.
The practice slowly becomes a ritual, as the profound effects of meditation and the freedom "moksha" encourages one to go deeper. I found a desire to want to learn more so I joined my meditation teacher in the Himalayas to study her guru’s, Swami Shyam, teachings. A transformational experience that expanded me to live my true authentic self and flow in this life. We all have the capacity for this very rich practice. Numerous scientific studies continue to state the numerous benefits, even 12 minutes a day makes profound positive change. It is with great pleasure and wisdom I share my own learnings with you to open the practice of Meditation within you.

Hatha Yoga
A personalized yoga session designed to achieve or maintain Flexibility, Strength, Clarity and Focus, Groundedness to calm stress and anxiety, and nourish a connection with self through breath.
Teaching yoga to a variety of individuals and groups from the school classroom, golf course, and yoga studio; it has been fulfilling. Seeing how yoga impacts and transforms each individual is a gift.

In Ayurveda, we teach the importance of eating foods that are rich in Prana (life force energy), made up of the six tastes(Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Pungent and Astringent). Learn what tastes to eat when our body and mind are out of balance. If feeling dry (constipation, skin, mind racing) or heated (rashes, stinging eyes, heartburn) or wet (congestion, runny nose, wet cough, sluggish, loose stools).
All food is Organic and/or from Local Farmers making each meal rich in energy, color and love. The joy and laughter shared makes this class pure FUN!
Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, discover your own mind/body constitution, how the elements in nature are expressed through you and how they relate to the foods we eat. Learn about the six tastes and how to apply them into your daily life for optimum health or during times of imbalance to bring health back into balance. We'll divide up into three groups, each group making a sauce that represents one of the Doshas. Then we sit and enjoy, while continuing education in how eating with awareness impacts how much we eat, our digestion and the vibration we carry throughout our meal.
