Taking Flight - Unleashing Inner Potential

A wellness program for kids ages 5 and up! The integration of mind/body practices are introduced to guide one in learning practices to enhance their overall well being. My joy is assisting each individual by using tools to ease stress, anxiety, a whole food, plant based diet, exercise, sleep, etc. and finding ones purpose.

What some of the students experienced:

“I had a great time learning polarity yoga. My
favorite position was “happy sitting”.  I think it is
amazing how so many problems are helped by so little
positions.  I think the “wood chopper” is the one I
use most.  I am constantly eating too much ice cream.
Anyway, I think these moves will come in handy later
and I will remember them for life.  Thanks again!”
