A health coaching sessions allows us to evaluate where we are in your life and make changes to keep that which is important to you in the forefront of your life. Achieve a Balance in personal, business and family life; in emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Are you struggling with weight, exercise, sleep, mood shifts and a lack of direction or purpose; working together will bring you confidence and fully empowered to success!!
This Personal Health Coaching program, builds on itself each week to allow for lasting change in many areas of one’s life. It focuses on your strengths and creates obtainable goals each week to break free of old patterns, unhealthy eating habits, rejuvenate an exercise routine. We nurture a 3 month relationship that uplifts, empowers and guides you. Below please see what makes up the Health Coaching program.
What’s included in a Personal Health Coaching Session:
90 Minute Initial Coaching Session, establishing a Wellness Vision.
Wellness Self Assessment
Establish Wellness Vision
Develop 3 Month Goals, to work towards accomplishing your Wellness Vision
Develop 1 Week Goals, that will guide you to achieving your 3 month goals
Meet Weekly to review goals and set new ones.
First Session is 90 minutes in length = $99.0, then choose one of the following packages:
Package 1: $675; meet weekly for 30mts. for 3 months = Make Lasting Change in all areas of life ($64.50 a session)
Package 2: $350 meet 2x a month, 30mts. for 3 months = Make Lasting Change in all areas of life ($75.00 a session)
Add’l $20/hr for a yoga and meditation session
My passion for assisting people came as I saw the tremendous value in individuals adopting integrative lifestyle practices to navigate lasting change in nutrition, weight, exercise and any aspect they wish. This can take time, patience with self and having someone to help you stay accountable is positive and empowering! As I witness a client embrace all the little subtle things whether it be with diet or exercise, into their every day, and feel results, that is why this program is so valuable. It is not easy to make change but working together over a period of time, allows new beginnings to happen and wellness to emerge. Capitalizing on SMART goals, establishing a Wellness Vision, 3 Month Goals, and Weekly Goals to create a vibrant life filled with purpose and joy!
